Your Custom Website Design

We'll begin by having a consultation to determine your preferences for layout & colour scheme, and to collect any logos, images or copy you wish your site to contain. From there we'll create a plan for your approval. (discover more about our design process)

Included Content Pages

Our basic web design package comes with four content pages as standard, plus contact form, weblink & privacy policy pages. This number is enough for most websites, but extras can be added for a small fee.

You might like to have an about us page, a page for prices/rates, an image gallery, and some detailed information about your services. Other ideas could include virtual tours, or a 'quick quote' form for instant estimates.

Content Management System

There are three options for updating the content pages on your site. The most user-friendly of these is to ask us to integrate a content management system into your web design.

This provides an interface built into the pages of your website. After logging in with a username & password of your choice, you'll be able to edit the text right there in your browser, as easily as you could in a word processing package.

Other Site Editing Options

Experienced computer users may be able to change the pages using software like Dreamweaver or Frontpage, but for the majority of customers this can turn into a headache. We'll provide you with full FTP access allowing you to edit the files.

For customers not comfortable with either of the self-edit options, WebExpress can edit your content pages at a cost of £40 per hour. Most changes can be done made in a one hour slot.

Free Hosting, UK Domain Name & Mailboxes

All of our websites come with six months web hosting, and a free UK domain name. You can also use your own existing domain name for your site. Our basic hosting package also comes with ten fully-fledged mailboxes, plus up to ten other aliases for forwarding to these mailboxes.

Technical Support

Our extensive, easily digested online documentation will talk you through anything from editing page content, to checking your email inboxes. We'll also be available to answer your queries via telephone & online chat during the handover process, easing you into operating your site. For customers using our hosting, we provide free ongoing support for hosting issues.
